Comment something over the net to share and some take its as bias and hoping to sue here and there.  Saying no knowldge about something but not willing to listen for others comment and instead took it as negatively. house price    = 100k+
upgrade price = 400k+
total              = 500k+

if own stay, you may get better offer outside at 500k but dunno what developer, what surrounding, what quality of your house. so you still have choices out there.

if for investor, buy and sell in short term, it is really depends on how the valuer value this property in 3 years time.

Actual scenario, 4 years back a 3 storey D'Boulevard (Bukit Belimbing) cost you 500k+, what is the price today? always supply & demand

people do have worry, people do make not so good decision in life. But do you rather make a not so good decision in life or regret with not making a decision at all? it is up to individual.

I guess most people like to share correct information rather than spreading misinformation or deceit.  People deserve right and not misleading information.

There is a difference between asking a question and making a statement. If not sure, ask the questions, there are many experts who are willing to help.

Approval loan margin should be related to applicant's financial standing, not much related to the project.

my banker ask me to re- sign the loan offer although i had sign the LA. because the price they need to write RM100k + RM4xxk on the upgrade work. Cant only mentioned RM5xxk for whole price.
