They say is lawyer request on it. Not Bank request.

Any1 facing this problem?

My one also like this. I asked lawyer to explain why. He said block c is like this. I already asked SDB by email but they never reply my mail so I ask the lawyer he said he will find out and update me. U try to email to sdb to ask ask.

HI..i make both appoinment with lawyer and banker at the same time so i sign it both at the same time..yes..feel ridiculous about the parking lots, i bought for another parking lot, but one of the parking lot was at another block..when call SA to explain, she said car park lot in block C was not enough for block C residence..damn..i forget to ask SA before i purchase..

Ya, my also same. Default come along with unit is allocated at block A and additional car park lots I purchased at block C. I felt also ???????? But anyway, SNP and loan agreement I already signed at last.

Different carpark at different block is a bit

this is big "No" project ........ unbelievable people still get carry over with this ..... very obvious a big NO .

My friend is considering, I will let him know if really a big NO.

Just the project have some small issue. I see the developer is solving all the problem. I think it is good place to stay.

Depends on what car park package u took.

RM 13,000 - 2 side by side car park, but one located at Block A (default) another one located at Block C (additional parking lot that you purchased).
RM 18,000 - 2 tandem car park, but located at Block C.

This is the car park plan i saw in my SNP. For more details and accurate info, better check with developer sales person.

Is it RM13K for 1 extra car park, RM18K for 1 tandem means 2 car parks (rm18K/2 = rm9K each)?

Seems SDB is pushing u guys to choose one of both bad ideas.

Even with 2 side by side, it would be very troublesome compare to Tandem esp for young couple, bcz both lots are separated away by blocks and not even by levels.

Furthermore, this is quite high pricing. If to get Tandem, one may feel, difficulty if timing of both cars in out are different.

Bad allocation made by SDB on this.

No, both options are for 1 extra car park, is just either u want to same block or diff block for car park allocation & also side by side or tandem car park.

We have no choice as only 2 options is given, depends u want to take or leave it. That's all.

Both options are tricky ..

Hear they are transferring agriculture land to residential land. Any 1 know the land surrounding WTOP is doing what? Because afraid when WTOP complete , there have a lot construction, lorry in and out. Green also become yellowish

Just book a unit there. Luckily there is 1 unit in block A 1694 size, bank loan not approved. Nice unit, facing the swimming pool and central park..
