for own use or investment it is also the same, by the time WOTP completed it is already year 3, u have another 2 years to go for the RPGT to waive, if u feel the RPGT is too high then own stay for 2 years before u sell it off la :-) ,.... just my humble opinion.

my humble opinion on Block C,
house price = 100k+ upgrade price = 400k+ total = 500k+ if own stay, you may get better offer outside at 500k but dunno what developer, what surrounding, what quality of your house. so you still have choices out there. if for investor, buy and sell in short term, it is really depends on how the valuer value this property in 3 years time. Actual scenario, 4 years back a 3 storey D'Boulevard (Bukit Belimbing) cost you 500k+, what is the price today? always supply & demand people do have worry, people do make not so good decision in life. But do you rather make a not so good decision in life or regret with not making a decision at all? it is up to individual. peace no war :-) |
