I think no one yet sign SNP most likely. But heard the the maintainance fee for car park no need to pay for first 2 yrs, after that will subjec to JMB and community to discuss.

Well, just wait for the S&P agreement when we receive for sign then everything is clear. Now many things still remain not 100% confirm, especially for car park issue.

- Does the car park is side by side or tandem?
- Does the car park bay is required to add in to the maintainance fee?
- Does the extended the submitted car park floor for amendment is approved?

Also, does anyone sign agreement for additional car park purchase at "extended" car park floor?

SnP is ready for signing. And i hear car park purchase have 2 option. Either you pay RM18k for add into selling price (tandem car park. 10% pay by cash, balance by loan). or RM13k for pay in cash (10% upon sign SPA & bal. upon completion, not tandem car park).

Ya, there are 2 options as per you said.
But are you sure?:-

Option 1: RM18k for add into selling price (tandem car park. 10% pay by cash, balance by loan)
Option 2: RM13k for pay in cash (10% upon sign SPA & bal. upon completion, not tandem car park)

Then a bit weird, if choose for option 1, pay more, but tandem (although is add in loan together) but still pay. What are the both different beside 1 can add into loan and 1 need to pay in cash upon completion?

You have check with your SA? So you signed your SNP already?

SDB is creating more confusion to the purchasers after the huha on the carpark maintenance fee...right?

Is it because only pay RM8,000 upon signing SPA n hence the developer want to collect even small money like RM13k so that they would need less funding to start the ocnstruction?

If not, how WOTP is different from the other two, that have resulted in these car park issues?

Besides the car park issue, I want to ask a few questions on the facilities. For the price they are charging us, is it supposed to be an high class or mid class condo maintenance fees?

From what I understand by looking at the layout. Once pass the guardhouse, you are free to walk into any facility without further hinderance. From the model, it seems you can just walk to the pools and gym on either block as you can use both.

Based on my current clubhouse facility, I have to scan my card to go into the clubhouse and sign in for spa/gym/mph facilities though there is no need to sign for the pool.

The linear park is open to all. Based on WOTP, all the facilities seems to be on open ground. No gate to block anyone from using the facilities.

So, if you have passed the guardhouse, you are practically free to enjoy the facilities at the owner's expense?


I find it strange to have the baby pool so far away from the adult pool. If you have kids, either your kids swim or you do. I wont want to leave my kids with the maid in the small pool while I am so far away at the adult pool or gym area.

I think this concept is unique to WOTP as all other condos would have the pools next to each other.

Of course, this would not concern the investors, just the actual residents.

Trust me, you wont even walk to Carrefour from WOTP!

It is just too far.

If you dont believe, try parking your car at the sales office and walk to carrefour and see.

I stayed around this area for 15 years and should be familar with it.

still valid for RM8k for DP. if 90% loan margin, RM8k will refund.
