Never stayed in condo before.
Thought someone told me before calculation of maintenance fee is something like: Maintenance fee = (unit area + carpark area) x rate. Looks like I might have been wrongly informed. |

Just wonder if Ameera and 5Stones also previously have car park maintenance issues?
If not, how WOTP is different from the other two, that have resulted in these car park issues? |

What is happening to the launch of Hub ss2?
Kota Damansara, might be leasehold. But Location / reputation of developer might overshadow leasehold / freehold..... |
