Never stayed in condo before.

Thought someone told me before calculation of maintenance fee is something like:

Maintenance fee = (unit area + carpark area) x rate.

Looks like I might have been wrongly informed.

Just wonder if Ameera and 5Stones also previously have car park maintenance issues?

If not, how WOTP is different from the other two, that have resulted in these car park issues?

What is happening to the launch of Hub ss2?

Kota Damansara, might be leasehold. But Location / reputation of developer might overshadow leasehold / freehold.....

Couldn't remember 5Stones launching price but understand decent units are now asking ~ rm650 psf.....

What is your comments from outside?

Heard got other potential WOTP buyers also drove all the way to ss2 just to view 5Stones from outside.......

I think the security arrangement is such that even a neighbour from a different level (same block) wishing to visit you will have to meet you at the lobby waiting area so that you can bring him or her to your unit.

Little bit inconvenient but I suppose there is always a trade off between convenience and security......
