yes, agree, because children will perform erotic stunt in the chutes. last project i noticed is Ameera Residence SS2

Ameera Residences do not have rubbish chutes - just a designated room with a large green garbage refuse bin with lid. Cleared daily.

My concern is on raining season, rain will splash on the corridor area. Wonder how we walk back to our units along the corridor when its raining and windy.

Thats what happened on Five Stones, especially those high floor units will be affected. End up they installed arcylic to cover those brick holes..but then blocked the airflow..
*
For Five Stones, when it rains, it really floods the corridor. There were proposals to block the rain with some sort of barrier, but many residents reject this idea as it will prevent air circulation. Also it will not look too good either. Would prefer it as is because the breeze is really something nice when you alight from the lift. Recently it appears that after rain, cleaners were deployed to sweep the water away.

Cleaners must be very busy during this season.. So if it's raining when we back home, we gotta carry umbrella lah.

I think these will only affect Block A and B units as the corridor one side of it are exposed, especially those units at the end of the 'V points' will be affected most, where the opposite block at the farthest.

By now, car park lots conveniently located next to lift lobbies, would have been taken up already.
A friend told me that some condo in the KV are selling car lots as high as 50k...if is true, 28k here is very reasonable.

LG2 is one of the best available since it has direct access , do not need to turn up or down. Futhermore, those available for sale earlier are facing the OKU which is just few steps away to lift. Worth getting those cp for 28k.

Met a friend last night and he asked me why I'm so charm by the soaring 3-storey "Windows" and its landscape? He said they are so many nice condos in the KV...why go for WOTP?

Well... I told him that those giant "Windows" are the most unique and irresistible beauty that I've seen in a condo environment...you can't find them anywhere else. This is what I call an exclusive condo...SDB truly hold to their words that they want WOTP to be a little different from the rest. One way to make your landscape special is by looking through frames, and that is what those giant "Windows" can do.

I've not seen this before in a residential area, but they are giant frames put up overseas to view the landscape...like...

nature made giant "windows"...wow!!! nothing can beat the breathtaking beauty of nature..

Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

we are all for "Windows"...

After my story...my friend will probably go and buy a WOTP...hahaha... biggrin.gif

There is an announcement in today budget that several infrastructure projects are set to be implemented next year, and one of them is the construction of MRT 2 line to Putra Jaya at an estimated cost of rm23 billion...is this suppose to be good news for WOTP and the surrounding areas?

Ya... I received the same letter from SDB, will be getting an additional car park lot...the cheapest entry to owning another property in WOTP....car park lot is still consider a property? or am I wrong?

Read in CNN today, the amount of money people paid for a car park lot in Hong Kong is insane! Is closed to rm1.7 million, you add a little bit more, you can get to buy a Jia from SDB Melawati project lor...

Just went to ask from sales gallery.... Limited only.... But the more we bought, the more maintenance fee to pay as the space of car park will be included as well... With RM 0.275 per square feet (inclusive sinking fund)
