If SDB is going to put in some show units in Block A, then they will likely want to beautify the appearance of the area surrounding Block A & C...maybe start to do some landscaping there, and also to build the grand entrance.

Anyone can confirm whether there are show units in Block A?

If I'm not mistaken, the SA told me that the developer would built show units in Block A when the present show rooms are demolished to make way for the construction.

Very good! This will give us a chance to see how great the landscape, however tiny it is...before the full-scale parks are delivered to us upon completion.

wonder they also do a show unit for block C also. look like they want to get the block C podium area done also.
showcase together with the block A unit.
easy for block C owner getting the renovation package from SDB.

don't think so sdb want to waste the money to do show unit for block c...its sold out already afterall, there is no units left for them to do the renovation. For block A , yes i heard the show unit will be move there by early of next year..But i'm wondering how they going to manage it while construction is on going...would safety will be a concern?? unless they rush it and complete that area before open the show unit

Can. Kuchai palace court condo late show unit also did the same. moved into real building while construction still on going. Every sizes got full furnish and empty unit. Just make sure the way to walk in is covered safely. recently casa green also ada agent and buyer go visit developer unit in actual site inside the building also. Just go check casa green thread.

No need hope I believe cos block C is fully sold out... They won't waste the money and effort to do so... Better focus the effort to speed up the progress. And I did asked SA about renovation package, he told me up to now yet have any package yet.

Ic. If can walk in to see block c empty unit also good liao. Still want to check out whether the kitchen pillar very ada there boh. Coz my SNP agreement block c layout show no pillar at kitchen there.

Hello kor...don't give up so easily...still got chanci to see block c show unit, all you need to do is make a complaint to the Complaint Dept that you want to see a show unit because you may want to take the renovation package...customer is KING ma...

But use whose unit? If developer no hold any unit up, mean 100% sold out to customer... I don't mind they use my as show unit awhile before I moved in as long as FOC...
