After looking at all the pics posted here....I tak boleh tahan anymore...today after lunch I headed down south to Cheras Selatan to check out the "real thing".... holy moly!!!.... as I reached the site I stood there and was mesmerised by its commanding appearance...three massive structures coming up call WOTP......the giant "Windows" are ...Wow!..that is so...unreal!
Go and check it out yourself...feeling very different from looking at pics.

where is the rubbish collection room in Block C? will it like need carry the rubbish go down to refuse chamber and throw?
*
No worry...I believe a developer who has put in great effort in planning and designing WOTP to give you extraordinary living experience, will also take considerable care in planning and designing the waste management system for the property.
I don't think they will install a chute system for rubbish that leads to a central rubbish room at the bottom of the building, more likely an interim room for storage of rubbish at each floor where caretakers will carry the rubbish to a communal storage area at the bottom of the building.
Hope there is a service lift for caretakers to carry rubbish down, no sharing of lift with residents, and also hope they install recyclable bins to separate waste into paper, tin, glass...

Sure no chutes, i believe. Later old tv or fridge insidethe chutes stuck there.

Forsure 1 of 3 lift will use to bring dow rubbish.because only 3 lift provided.

Not only old tv and fridge ...read on to find out what else people dumped in a rubbish chute...heartbreaking story...but with a happy ending.

My concern is on raining season, rain will splash on the corridor area. Wonder how we walk back to our units along the corridor when its raining and windy.

Thats what happened on Five Stones, especially those high floor units will be affected. End up they installed arcylic to cover those brick holes..but then blocked the airflow..

I guess we can't have it both ways, if you want better airflow and breath easy rather than having stuffy ....dark...clammy corridors, you need those holes. Most people would prefer to tolerate the occasional splash of rain on the corridor, rather than to forego clean, fresh air circulating easily through the corridor eliminating stagnant and foul air...and the natural lighting to light up the corridor, saving energy.

It will be a great waste to seal off those holes...

With the price we paid, from rm450psf, I think we cannot be too picky lor...the card access system is good enough, we don't mind not having a private lift lobby.
Private lift doesn't come FOC...you got to pay for the space called private lobby, at least 200sqft, plus additional maintenance. If you look at it, is not that private, you still need to share with other residents, is not like one lift per unit, is that when the lift door open up, is your private lobby, your nosy neighbours still can peep in....
