450psf for those large size. i remember 450psf for the 1694sf just early last year. 916sf smaller size within this project so selling higher psf which is 500+ kinda unfair but no choice. Quite reasonable to new highrise around this area fetch higher price than old price of WOTP (since new phase of WOTP selling higher psf as well). Anyways, new leasehold proj by Huayang gonna launch soon. next to Heritage |
