i dropped by the sales office this afternoon. available units are the penthouse units, 2400sf, 2100sf and 1800sf units. still got 10% rebate and the higher rebate for lower floor units. yes, still below 500psf after the rebates.

show units were the 2400sf (partly furnished) and 2100sf, i liked the bigger one that came with 3 car parks. expected completion Dec 2015 for the 1st phase.

decision…decision…. ….

wotp size 916sf oledi hit above 600 psf before discount when first launch. after discount psf sama macam.
now those soso permata so called diamond condo at bmc already almost hit 530psf....sibeh siao.
lumiere anytime better than permata.

450psf for those large size. i remember 450psf for the 1694sf just early last year.
916sf smaller size within this project so selling higher psf which is 500+ kinda unfair but no choice.

Quite reasonable to new highrise around this area fetch higher price than old price of WOTP (since new phase of WOTP selling higher psf as well).

Anyways, new leasehold proj by Huayang gonna launch soon. next to Heritage

it is normal for developers to charge higher psf for smaller condo units, because those units would be easier to sell.

anyhow, all small units at WOTP were sold out, most probably majority snapped up by investors.

Wah uda ini sibeh dunno their direction n concept.... But 250 units only... look like nice density. Also got shop lots at condo wonder where it locate at. 7 units per floor. Open air corridor type. Very not bad. Unit size also not big not small. Good is no pigeon hole. Just design a little soso... Uda standard consider sibeh not bad

Unit from 1049sf to 1367sf. pretty good size. but seems liek no balcony? and the masterbedroom way too biggg. i rather they make the masterbathroom large size with a nice bath tub.

Should be somewhere near the bangalo and carefour area there!
