I saw some angmo (not middle east 1) having lunch at lake valley town park (should be those expat mrt consultant) and some australian angmo at c180 near maybank there.

LAD not as straight forward as that. Those who got theirs signed earliest will get pay, 3 years period start from the day u signed the SPA, not from the construction commence date nor your booking date. So most of us won't get..they can delay half a year, probably just paying LAD to 5% of those early buyers.

No la, just wanna to know anyone sign earlier than Dec 2012 or not as I place booking since July but wait until Dec 2012 only let me sign SPA. U signed since when?

I was also looking at Lumiere, but it didn't have any big units (biggest close to 1400sf). the villas were dbl sty, not as per my spec. UDA also recently launched condos nearby, but again the bu wasn't bigger than 1400sf.

WOTP is still on top of my list now. Im still evaluating my options.

the sales lady wouldn't know. normally developer won't tell until the day comes to increase the price.

Not need argue, no doubt WOTP will be the best condo at this area....
