i think i saw the block A window's arch pillar is up!!

cool.. now got 3 banks walking distance to wotp..Citibank, RHB and new Hong Leong branch just open!

Jaw dropping Sibeh high price due to huge built up.

But actually sibeh cheap in psf price since every developer using SDB price as benchmark but with average n below quality planing, soso material n soso workmanship. And keep rising the price.

Now permata residence medium cost condo at mahkota cheras. hit 520psf... market gone siao.

It looks like one has to keep the unit coz once sold one cannot buy back same quality unit with the profit one gained. Sad, isn't it? wub.gif

Big condo compound with low density at kv area also getting less and less nowaday.

I wonder how SDB will renovate the 916 sf unit... If 916sf got show unit...

Hope more n more low density with very strong theme and concept condo build around here. Now we have Lumiere here.

Anybody know Bila Hap Seng will launch their project here?

went to sales office last week, looks like block A is about 95% sold and block B with 70% sold. The block A progress at site is at 4-5 floor height...

Ya... Block A is faster progress as block A is the highest among the rest. So the speed must be 2 times faster...
