Last week they was an event in WOTP, they offered me type 2 face guard house 18% off but no furniture/cabinet, tandem car park.

After discount the price is 915K or 436psf for 2095sf. Block B type 2 so much more expensive, 975k or 463psf.

Hello WOTP owners, May I ask for your opinions on the below units?

A05-03 Type 2
B06-02 Type 2
B06-06 or B06-07 2Type 2

All these units are around 910K-940K after rebates. No DIBS No furniture.

I am gonna make my decision by Wednesday.

So B6-6 will face light industry factory? SA never mentioned that to me.

B6-2 is 50k more than B6-6 and 80k more than A5-3

Latest offer from SDB is 18% off + 20k referral fee.

Even with this offer, you are still paying approximately 50K more, no dibs and no furniture compare to those buyers in 2012 and 2013.

I think SDB will have to offer 30% off to get sales moving.

With 18% and 20k referral fees the sales is not moving! they fail to get the result they wanted from their recent road show.

If you buy now, after 18% rebate and 20k referral fees, you are paying approximately 50k more, not so good view, no dibs and no furniture. For own stay, buy if you like, for investment, a big no no, you can't compete with earlier buyers.
