i dropped by the sales office this afternoon. available units are the penthouse units, 2400sf, 2100sf and 1800sf units. still got 10% rebate and the higher rebate for lower floor units. yes, still below 500psf after the rebates.

show units were the 2400sf (partly furnished) and 2100sf, i liked the bigger one that came with 3 car parks. expected completion Dec 2015 for the 1st phase.

decision…decision…. hmm.gif …. moneyflies.gif

it is normal for developers to charge higher psf for smaller condo units, because those units would be easier to sell.

anyhow, all small units at WOTP were sold out, most probably majority snapped up by investors. drool.gif

I was also looking at Lumiere, but it didn't have any big units (biggest close to 1400sf). the villas were dbl sty, not as per my spec. UDA also recently launched condos nearby, but again the bu wasn't bigger than 1400sf.

WOTP is still on top of my list now. Im still evaluating my options.

actually yesterday was the last day of additional 2% rebate (on top of 10% rebate). i guess that's why there were a few bookings yesterday. starting May, only 10% rebate will be given out, so claimed the SA. she called me on Wed to ask me about my decision. i still can't decide now. unsure.gif
