Hi calvinbro, whats their size & facings of the left over unsold units? A
Any new packages given by SDB on those?
*
Min sizes available is 2100 sqft facing swimming pool and outside , not sure about latest package. As I know earlier their discount already reduce from 10% to 6% and DIBS. With new rules set by BNM, SDB might not be offer that anymore...perhaps u can call the SA and find out.

Could it be the design of the kitchen, one come with a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen, and the other only with one kitchen.

The premium units at ground floor are really nice. Just like in a resort with trees and foot path just outside the units. Wondering why they are not hot items.

I have a hypothesis. Those that purchase 2100 above are loaded with bullets or plan to buy for own family stay. So I think the 300 sq ft difference does not cost much to those loaded or those for own staying may nid that size for a bigger family. But this is just my wild guess. Who knows because the lift is nearer or wider balcony is their preference

Maybe they want more privacy and less noise? The nearer you are to the park the more your exposed to these things. Buts it's nice to have a small garden. You can plant your own flowers like a landed. Btw. What are the prices for premium units?

Yawor.. Double check again...Most important 2400 sqf got 4 rooms + 1 maid room. 2100sf only 3 rooms+ 1maid room. It Almost same as 1600sf without maid room. maybe 2100 too small for family that need a maid.

Ya. should be. since those buying this large size is hard to rent. i don't think their renting. most probably for own stay. And since own stay. the larger the better as long as they can get the loan. Big family maybe, or they may want other utility rooms. haha.

Don't forget, the bigger size you have, the more maintenance fee you gonna to pay monthly too.

True. But well. We won't know what people think. Eqch have their opinion. Maybe they think that amount is small? And doesn't affect them much. Like i dun understand ppl spending 6 mil buying condo. I prefer spend 6 mil buy landed but some ppl think is worth it. Well. Now at least we know 2400 is more preferred than 2100

You have sharp eyes. Yes, I am one of the early birds. Bought months before SDB obtained their advert and sales permit.

I think that is the older day. Now with this green thing and especially with WOTP concept, one might want to take advantage of this green thing and have the SDB's unique designed premium unit - combining landed and condo world - against SDB's promise that they will diligently enforce the mutual covenants against owners/tenants that have poor civic mindedness. One SA told me SDB will even control what type of lighting one can put at the balcony! Lastly, before you jump the gun, I am not a premium unit owner - can't afford it.
