On the site map, it says toward will goes to Damai Perdana, is that mean they will be making a route connecting to the other side? That would be an awesome news! And turning left to go Balakong..that makes accessibility much much better!

Those Semi-Ds starts from 1.7mil, Bungalow 3.9mil..

Yeah before hap Seng u turn. Can take u turn very fast to the other side. No need pass by c180. Shorten the distance to putrajaya, serdang and kl. Access become quite good. Come back from mines side also no need to pass by aeon selatan Liao.

No idea near block b side development... Use red bricks. 3 storeys height.... Any block b owner or anyone know about it?

Next to Block B is semi dee factories, probably, light industries. I believe SDB will plant something to block off those factories.

The access road that is heading southward will lead to Hap Seng (mercedes) and SILK highway

Oh no.. Maybe taller trees to block off the view. What about west side, will it leads to Damai Perdana? On the beringin avenue site map it says so. That would open up an access to school, Damai Park, mrt line 2, and those existing shop lots there.

Chan kor.. Any idea on development after the semi dee factories? Still got big big piece land there... Before reaching hap seng mercedes....The semi d factories use red brick ..not bad.

RM 530 Psf. Can buy landed semi d at that price of 2200 sq ft. Also g&g. In same area. Double the built up.

Rm1.2mil also have.... if you look around....but I still prefer landed than a concrete box in the sky. No matter how ppl perceive that condos are more luxurious than landed.

I've received a call from OCBC informing me that SDB has not release payment to them. Wondering why they informing me? The bank expecting me to chase for them for the payment?

Yes, u should chase the bank if not any delay of the due payment will be borne by you.

Er..no. Not the bank, its SDB.. The call is from Bank chasing for the interest payment which SDB supposed to pay cover under the DIBS they offer.
