Why must we treat Ang Mohs as a higher class human being...have to be white...anything else is a compromise...always think white first rather then asian, even their farts smell better.

We better wake up...now is a different world...the western economies has now just realise that they need the Chinese consumers to power their growth in the next decade. The Chinese are buying properties all over the world, including in Malaysia, and mostly in cash!
The Ang Mohs are doing everything possible to win the wallet of today Chinese consumers, including the Koreans and Japanese. Maybe we should target these groups of tenants.

Cheras has always been look at as a working class area....where got Ang Mohs want to come.....maybe is time to change our perception on Cheras to more of a positive one and people will start to believe it is slowly turning into a more upper class area and miracle do happen... the Ang Mohs may come in droves..hahaha , keep your finger cross , those who loves the Ang Mohs

I saw some angmo (not middle east 1) having lunch at lake valley town park (should be those expat mrt consultant) and some australian angmo at c180 near maybank there.

Got 1 time saw old couple angmo drive a brand new Volkswagen touareg near Wotp. came out from the car look around macam doing some survey and took out some equipment at their car back.

My c180 agent told me they rented out a office lot at c180 to a Australia company.

By the way, u got the biggest wotp 2095sf unit among lowyat forumer. many of us just 916sf n a few 1685sf.  Congrats!

Agree, it's good sign since Citibank open at this area. As you know, most of lowyat forumer own 916 - 1685 sf, hence, it's more easy to rent out compare with 2095sf.  Congrats those own smaller unit, you made a good choice !!

Where's the showroom? No idea where's that.. Yeah nobody seems to know about the construction on block b ends there. If there's a route connect to alam damai gayana area would be really awesome.
