Yeah, block a & b 1600 to 2300 sf only come with 2 carpark ..can get up to 3 carparks if still have extra car park available. Those above 2300sf original come with 3 car parks. If want more can get the 4th car park. If devloper still have car park available for sell.

The difference abit ridiculous, almost 100psf differ though, how they calculate that? 900-1100sf ain't considered small size if compared the recent launch. Should have 2 car parks provided too. A bit unfair for block C, maybe the facilities shared among all residents can compensates this for Block C residents. Normally smaller size = higher psf but just slightly more like 20-40psf than larger unit.. If like that..need to pray pray every night... so far most lowyat members are block c owners bought for own stay... Only 2 taikor is from block a also own stay. senior SA told me 1685sf got many roti canai buyer.... Coz they looking the per sf price gap between block c and much lower entry price compare to big unit that over million.. N block c oledi so sibeh high Liao....a benchmark for persqf price....
