Yeayea missed out the car park 56k...
Sure can buy back in future but with higher price guess...

Yes yes,but you can opt to let's go the 30K furnishing and keep the carpark though. Means 10% + 30k rebates. 800k. .
Psf wise is cheap, hmm this definitely for ownstay.

Thanks for your kind enlightenment. 30K rebate if let go furnishing ya, I have never been to the show unit thus cannot gauge if furnishing worth up to what value.

My sister in law purchased the 2000 sq ft build up, from her conversation, it seems SDB is giving good quality furnishing, brands such as Electrolux ya.

more and more people use expensive brand now compare with 10 years back, Electrolux no longer some "WOW" things anymore.
SDB really spend lots of money on marketing, their sample house is really nice, not sure how much we need to pay to get the samething after VP haha.

Yeah. Standing at the club house looking at the river and the pool area very shock. Very good use of building material mostly Mable, stone pillar in the lobby...high ceiling full glass doorless club house. Very nice.....

Wow, 50k for extra 1 tandem parking? Last year just 18k for extra tandem parking or 13k for side by side parking but separate with the come along car park with the unit. Price really flies like rocket!

Nways confirmed Wotp carpark is tandem?

Still acceptable if Front & back carpark without blocking.

Majority of us are brand driven, SDB itself is already "Branded" to begin with. As long they maintain quality output, consistency and reasonable pricing, owners can continue to support their pre-launch projects. I can't deny their marketing strategy but this has to be on par with what they are able to deliver, I'm sure SDB can do that.

I'll be keeping my eyes peel for their future projects, hopefully by then my war chest is ready.

I've asked my SA regarding the 20%.
He said only 30,000 rm discount if we opt for bare unit without furnishing.  Furnishing like Kitchen cabinet, gas hood hob wardrobe @ master bed room, vanity top n cabinet.

Which means 940k×0.9 = 840K then minus 30k = 816k (484psf).

Which is the same psf as Cloudtree (484psf for high floor Block A). So it depends on the unit size you prefer. 1269sf good enough for myself single stay or 2 pax in future.  =)

The ffurnishing are good quality, so 30k worth it I guess.

Bro, u mentioned twice for block B. Which is which? Block A is 475psf ...
I want 1545 with only 3 rooms without dual key la..haha
Definitely wil buy it as want larger masterbedroom & living hall.

Since Psf is the same like 500psf,only the size smaller,pls ask Zalam to complete it nicely nicely & high quality. More landscaping along the path to Block A k. TQVM!

Don't think this is simpan unit to sell high later. In fact SDB trying to clear that off by giving extra 10k discount since it face the low cost apartment which is undesirable view...
