QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 13 2013, 05:53 PM) It make sense:) since 1683sf already sold out. Only left a handful of 2483sf units and many 2101sf units. After the show unit up. think can boost the 2101 sf unit sale further more. What are the selling prices for 2101 & 2483sf?

I received invitation for the remaining units of block c. 1685sf stars from 940k b4 10% rebate on 5th floor, if not mistaken. 502psf after rebate, still acceptable even price increased about 60k if compared to earlier launch. Just the size is too large to swallow Any comments?

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Oct 11 2013, 04:58 PM) I've visited their new show room as well, both 2000sf units. Yeap, spacious living & rooms, ideal for medium family stay. Interested in the 1685sf, but stil have to consider the price of 850K+ (10% increase compared to last year when I asked for 1694sf). Attractive package too, 10% downpayment no need to pay at all. Is the furnishing between Block C & AB the same? the door size & floor type would be the same among all blocks? Or the Door wil be smaller than premium Block AB? how about the floortype? There are stil plenty unit of 1685sf available at the moment (total of 22units). stil able to get the high floor facing the Park/Pool. Yup price increased 10% compared to last year. Still considering to trap 1685sf. What do u think? However, 940k ler not small amount actually

QUOTE(pilopilo @ Oct 11 2013, 05:10 PM) 1600+sf is ok, i like the space. My current home is small and children are growing up, books are piling up like mountains... Block B is facing which direction? Agree the price is expensive. when they 1st launched, I just looked, dare not touch U missed the boat bro. U need to fork out another 60k for a slightly smaller 1685sf...too bad...anyhow still not too late considering 502psf still amongst the cheaper launching in 2013

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Oct 11 2013, 05:13 PM) Yeap Bro, same concern as well, 1685sf no doubt a very good size, 850k after 10% rebates aint a small amount either, depends on your budget. I just want to secure myself a future/weekend home with 2 pax stay. so 1100-1500sf or above would be perfect. Really depends your need/preference: Family stay, single/couple stay/ investment? etc.. Dont forget the maintenance fees too (RM500+ monthly). Concept/developer wise is good. What you think? This one definitely for own stay only...I really doubt for investment purposes But the monthly installment + maintenance could be up to 4.5k a month...scary let Become slave of wotp

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Oct 11 2013, 05:19 PM) price can reduce further if you request to take out the basic furnish (kitchen, bath area, bedroom furnish, water heater....) provided for block A&B... mean totally empty unit. price can be reduce another 10%. this package is for those can't get 90% all block using same material. just block C come with lesser furnish compare to block A&B. from the look, block C main entrance door also look a bit smaller compare to A&B. floor type also same as block A&B. block C basically is standard layout come with posh building material. 1658sf.. u mean on Block B side? block B is the lowest dense among all block block B got 3 lifts Block A got 4 lifts Block C got 3 lifts Are u sure bro? 20% down for bare unit? The. It's really attractive, only 446psf

QUOTE(pilopilo @ Oct 11 2013, 07:09 PM) Fate la... Nvm... save more money and keep looking out for other good ones Current price with all the add-ons, I would really become slave of my own home, like every other KL-ian/Selangorian. I'm sure I'll get the ideal home one day. Money is hard to get these days. RM50, gone in 60sec... U may consider cloudtree nearby...around 500psf after 8% rebate but yet launch. The devoloper accepts booking now

I especially amazed by their recent completed 5stones at ss2. QUOTE(Kvsual @ Oct 11 2013, 09:02 PM) Depends also. CT and Vina also aint cheap though. High ground CT already 500psf, low ground CT is 430-450psf, similar to VINA. and 27cents maintenance Bare Unit... Just the Unit size is smaller, target small family/single/couples. if CT has large size like 1700sf, the price would be the same too: 820K++ DreamCity was 520psf, last time hard to swallow their price, yet now all launches also starts from 500psf d.. Nowadays 500psf in cheras south or Balakong is a norm. All the new launches at strategic location like BJ, OKR, jl Ipoh were at least 650psf. Metropolitan like sunway will launch 900psf (b4 rebate) prop next week. Rumours saying that Malton will break 900psf in BJ for new luxury condo in BJ This post has been edited by yeap99: Oct 11 2013, 09:15 PM
