- wotp will be used as a benchmark for sdb future development. also prime example of what the sustainability agenda embraces...
- things like these are simple but it's not easy to create. simplicity is the most difficult things to create. smile.gif

This is a good project, just buy you will never regret. I understand that more than 70% sold....all these buyers had made a right decision, this is going to be mother of all condo in Cheras. Further ,the CEO of SDB has just mentioned that wotp is going to be their benchmark for their future projects, she will ensure that is going to be done well to keep their reputation as a top developer.

Yeah, price eventhough is the highest in the area for condo, is still good value due to the concept and environment. And its not at the crazy levels which other projects in KV are calling. My main concern is the location as I'm a PJ kia and totally lost in Cheras. blush.gif

WOTP is located in Cheras South. Cheras South has been identified by Ho Chin Soon as a property hotspot and a key beneficiary of the SBK MRT line. Infrastruture network in this area can be consider excellent, serve with good highways and the coming MRT line. There are alot of developments in this area, there is hardly any land left, so the prices can only go one way, that is up!

if u have the budget, just go for it, u will not regret...SDB famous with deliver with good quality and design condo...

i think this part of cheras got potential, so many MRT stations nearby..

last time 5-6 years ago when SDB launch Ameera and 5 stones, ppl also same damn expensive, but also sold out, and now the subsale also sky high...

if u have the budget and like high rise living, SDB is one the the top choice...

WOTP is like fine wine, it will grows better with the years.......as the park mature with age, it becomes more satisfying, more refreshing, more appreciated and more valuable.

SA said my booking fee are ready to collect. Not sure about Block C, but Block A about 2 months after 2nd bank release. I believe the 10 percent are the 2nd release right?
Anyone have any update on development progress?

They still have quite a no. of units. Those facing park, 2.1k and 2.5k still available on the mid floors or lower. Smaller ones all gone.

Went to the showroom last week, really impressed by their park concept.
The layout is really one of the selling point. The elongated balcony + sliding window makes the living and dining area look more spacious. Plus it's a SDB product, so tempting!

However the smallest unit for block b is selling for 900k which I think it's not east to take.

The SA told me that the 1685 unit almost fully taken. Larger units still got a lot.
BTW , he mentioned that the DIBS is no longer available for the remaining units but I thought DIBS is only not available for the future project but won't affect those projects that offer DIBS before the Budget 2014. Anyone can confirm?
