QUOTE(crystal_kit85 @ Feb 24 2013, 04:54 PM) Truth to be told. I'm not worried about the workmanship of SDB. I'm rather worried of the behavior of the tenants. Correct me if im wrong, mk palma is managed by sunrise SCM rite? Which is the true case for most of sunrise props in mk.I'm just hoping that the tenants will try their best to preserve the area. My uncle has been living at Mont Kiara, the Palma condominium for more than a decade. Every visitation trip I made there would always be welcomed by cleanliness of the surrounding area, No burnt marks or drawings on the walls or lift buttons, unauthorised car parks, so on and so forth. Im hopeful WOTP would be well maintained as well. |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 5 2013, 02:04 PM) Nowaday hard to find any real landed garden within the condo. Think the nearest comparison to WOTP would be Symphony Hills Condo. Same building architect, different landscape architect, similar concept of living in a park, reputablr developer, only major diff is the location and pocket vs mini township.like vina, foresta many others new condos all finished up the land they have to build for multilevel car parks. only left enough land for car goes around. not sure about CloudTree will be like that or not. Wonder how vina can build a forest above the car park. Foresta no more real land within their condo area only left the reserved forest land outside the condo. only WOTP have reserved the real land (except the garden beside the swimming pool area) which the trees and garden can touch the real land not the land above car park. |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Sep 25 2013, 12:20 PM) LOL, the building exterior and the park actually look nicer - modern but floorplan its not as nice as WOTP, dont see much linear floorplans in the market, so whats SDB offering its pretty unique. Verdi layout maximizes daylight penetration. As such every room has got its own windows and they chose to have an elongated layout instead of the conventional unit.800 due to smaller units I guess, It almost the same density. |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Sep 25 2013, 09:57 PM) Ya...no need to hard sell... HeheWhats more impt to me than the density is the quality community. If community is herd mentality msians dunno how to live in condo that will cause the development to sink no matter how low the density is. SH alongside with neighboring high end developments has better quality community if not the same as other high end project. That way it can leverage more compared to just a one man project. Block c shouldnt be planted in this project. Spoils the theme. Block a n b is luxurious enough should maintain that way. Five stones able to sustain coz of common luxury units.

Those owning luxury props wont care if its add top up, mid class yes. So mixing these 2 classes are not good in condo living.

Found out the park in btw block a n b is built on top of car park podium. While the other parks on real ground. Compare this to verdi, the whole park is planted on real ground.Very2 hard nowadays to find park built on real ground. The wotp linear layout is outstanding btw. I like it a lot...
A lot of investors buying block c for rental/CA. 1600sqft in block B seem cheap psf wise. But i have reservations for block C, without it can almost guarantee the project will hv better CA propositions similar to 5stones This post has been edited by shinebr8: Oct 13 2013, 03:13 PM |

QUOTE(stardust00 @ Nov 9 2013, 02:56 PM) Went to the showroom last week, really impressed by their park concept. Layout is nice, similar to park 7The layout is really one of the selling point. The elongated balcony + sliding window makes the living and dining area look more spacious. Plus it's a SDB product, so tempting! However the smallest unit for block b is selling for 900k which I think it's not east to take. The SA told me that the 1685 unit almost fully taken. Larger units still got a lot. BTW , he mentioned that the DIBS is no longer available for the remaining units but I thought DIBS is only not available for the future project but won't affect those projects that offer DIBS before the Budget 2014. Anyone can confirm? |

QUOTE(zonefinder @ Nov 9 2013, 03:19 PM) Million dollar question. Nobody knows. Question you want to ask is will prices remain at 500 psf after 3 years. Development with such a unique concept on Green and environment is rare. Only one with generous landscape garden that comes to mind..MK Palma and that's old oredi. There's real park in verdi also, sorry sidetrack |
