Truth to be told. I'm not worried about the workmanship of SDB. I'm rather worried of the behavior of the tenants.
I'm just hoping that the tenants will try their best to preserve the area.

My uncle has been living at Mont Kiara, the Palma condominium for more than a decade. Every visitation trip I made there would always be welcomed by cleanliness of the surrounding area, No burnt marks or drawings on the walls or lift buttons, unauthorised car parks, so on and so forth.

Im hopeful WOTP would be well maintained as well.

Nowaday hard to find any real landed garden within the condo.
like vina,foresta many others new condos all finished up the land they have to build for multilevel car parks. only left enough land for car goes around. not sure about CloudTree will be like that or not. Wonder how vina can build a forest above the car park. Foresta no more real land within their condo area only left the reserved forest land outside the condo.
only WOTP have reserved the real land (except the garden beside the swimming pool area) which the trees and garden can touch the real land not the land above car park.

LOL, the building exterior and the park actually look nicer - modern but floorplan its not as nice as WOTP, dont see much linear floorplans in the market, so whats SDB offering its pretty unique.

800 due to smaller units I guess, It almost the same density.

even cloud tree is lower density than the verdi.

What to do...first time SDB in Malaysia have this record breaking small built up residence unit.... Good also..with this price tag ... scare off those come play play or roti canai investor....if sell low price.. Ah pig and ah dog...all come in whack...good to stay exclusive.

Went to the showroom last week, really impressed by their park concept.
The layout is really one of the selling point. The elongated balcony + sliding window makes the living and dining area look more spacious. Plus it's a SDB product, so tempting!

However the smallest unit for block b is selling for 900k which I think it's not east to take.

The SA told me that the 1685 unit almost fully taken. Larger units still got a lot.
BTW , he mentioned that the DIBS is no longer available for the remaining units but I thought DIBS is only not available for the future project but won't affect those projects that offer DIBS before the Budget 2014. Anyone can confirm?

It is superb. Great for own stay and has room for appreciation if investment. Only reason why I didn't pull trigger is the location, not because its bad but I'm more at home in central and north KL area.

Million dollar question. Nobody knows. Question you want to ask is will prices remain at 500 psf after 3 years. Development with such a unique concept on Green and environment is rare. Only one with generous  landscape garden that comes to mind..MK Palma and that's old oredi.
