I've visited their new show room as well, both 2000sf units. Yeap, spacious living & rooms, ideal for medium family stay.
Interested in the 1685sf, but stil have to consider the price of 850K+ (10% increase compared to last year when I asked for 1694sf).
Attractive package too, 10% downpayment no need to pay at all.

Is the furnishing between Block C & AB the same? the door size & floor type would be the same among all blocks?
Or the Door wil be smaller than premium Block AB? how about the floortype?

There are stil plenty unit of 1685sf available at the moment (total of 22units). stil able to get the high floor facing the Park/Pool.
*
Yup price increased 10% compared to last year.
Still considering to trap 1685sf.
What do u think? However, 940k ler not small amount actually

1685sf stars from 940k b4 10% rebate on 5th floor, if not mistaken.
502psf after rebate, still acceptable even price increased about 60k if compared to earlier launch.
Just the size is too large to swallow
Any comments?

so far is the best elongate layout in whole klang valley. except block C. cry.gif
after see the show unit.... 2100sf+ still the best for own stay... but too expensive for me cry.gif

1600+sf is ok, i like the space. My current home is small and children are growing up, books are piling up like mountains... sweat.gif
Block B is facing which direction?
Agree the price is expensive. when they 1st launched, I just looked, dare not touch cry.gif

Yeap Bro, same concern as well, 1685sf no doubt a very good size, 850k after 10% rebates aint a small amount either, depends on your budget.
I just want to secure myself a future/weekend home with 2 pax stay. so 1100-1500sf or above would be perfect. Really depends your need/preference: Family stay, single/couple stay/ investment? etc..
Dont forget the maintenance fees too (RM500+ monthly).

Concept/developer wise is good. What you think? tongue.gif

UDA project Sinaran TTDI quite ok, the workmanship is quite nice.

Bro, kinda hard to say and depends, as Developer appoints different main contractor to construct their projects differently.
I did heard the Lakeavenue Semi-D looks good but so so quality of workmanship.

I'm not sure the Quality of Sinaran TTDI, but Zalam Holdings was the main contractor for this project. Haha

price can reduce further if you request to take out the basic furnish (kitchen, bath area, bedroom furnish, water heater....) provided for block A&B...
mean totally empty unit. price can be reduce another 10%. this package is for those can't get 90%

all block using same material. just block C come with lesser furnish compare to block A&B.
from the look, block C main entrance door also look a bit smaller compare to A&B. floor type also same as block A&B.
block C basically is standard layout come with posh building material.

1658sf.. u mean on Block B side? block B is the lowest dense among all block

block B got 3 lifts

Block A got 4 lifts

Block C got 3 lifts

Block c shouldnt be planted in this project. Spoils the theme. Block a n b is luxurious enough should maintain that way. Five stones able to sustain coz of common luxury units.

Block C is to fullfill local government requirement to build so call low cost house for any development beyond 5 acres of land. Five stones exempted on this since the land is less than 5 acres...

This one definitely for own stay only...I really doubt for investment purposes
But the monthly installment + maintenance could be up to 4.5k a month...scary let
