Yes no doubt a reputable developer...
But Ive no idea why I like CT masterplan/design/concept though. I did worried their workmanship but their previous records seems not bad.

If you visit Show unit, definitely might attracts you with the 2000sf units wow wow.

I've just compared the unit dimension of CT 1269sf & WOTP 1685s, comparison on the size width pitch of all rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, balcony., you want? email me.
So you can compare and make your decision.

yea BJ psf gettin higher, but stil Kiara residence 1 & 2, Z Residence selling quite cheap in psf, even early this year their psf still quite affordable and even cheaper than Cheras South new launches.. wonder why.
As my friend got the Kiara 2, hopefully not due to lower psf, means lower quantity/furnishing/class lah.

Now Just looking at block b. Brochure. Is a
1685. Only total of 22units at block b. Very very limited. Minus the sale chart today.( Please refer my earlier post) think now left around 10 units+ for this type of design.

Yeah. I just found out their laman & bayu the reason behind.. Why can have this kind of design that very not suit sdb. The fact is actually this piece of land is bought by the founder of SDB many years ago. Ms teh don't bought this land. And because of the pride of the family+ shareholder. She been force to agree to develop this place with lower price tag which is not SDB pricing. Quite pity after found out.

Laman bayu doesnt have the design/concept inherency from melawati project...also very slow take up. The landscape is very cheapskate no wonder

Heard 5 stones main con pokai (bankrupt) Liao...lol.... Squeez squeez squeez by sdb. Now the main con for Wotp quite strong profile with many well known luxury projects handle by them from the past and now. the kl intermark also refurbish by them.

Ohhh..Aiya, Just checked my SNP. Bought around feb - mar 2013.... Olredi 663psf with 2 car parks before discount...sibeh x...for small unit. After ding dong ding dong...lucky draw, cny angpow...blah blah blah..... 562psf after discount.....almost 100psf different with block a....lol... Wotp block c you Better be very good n posh....aii.
