They patched up the wall cracks recently.

The maintenance fee included the shuttle service for the residents to mrt station. That's new to hear.

I didnt wait for the talk, saw them setting up projector screen, then i left. Got home, i duk duk duk abit the amount of money, sigh... About 900k, budget koyak.

No doubt the project is good - 8ft security wall, quake-proof stucture, clubhouse, pool, park, cctv, jogging path, playground, the early bird package is tempting, summore got DIBS... But it's just out of my league...
