Current price with all the add-ons, I would really become slave of my own home, like every other KL-ian/Selangorian.

I'm sure I'll get the ideal home one day. Money is hard to get these days. RM50, gone in 60sec... sweat.gif

Went there to kepoh about 1pm. Looked at the model, show units and the sticker wall. Still got limited units left.

Bare unit is 30k discount, SA didnt tell me 10% discount is for first x amount if ppl wor... Those nice number like 8-8, 10-8 still available if they're ur "fatt" numbers biggrin.gif

The maintenance fee included the shuttle service for the residents to mrt station. That's new to hear.

I didnt wait for the talk, saw them setting up projector screen, then i left. Got home, i duk duk duk abit the amount of money, sigh... About 900k, budget koyak.

No doubt the project is good - 8ft security wall, quake-proof stucture, clubhouse, pool, park, cctv, jogging path, playground, the early bird package is tempting, summore got DIBS... But it's just out of my league... sad.gif
