The LAN connection is quite consistent but the WIFI connection is damn erratic, up-down up-down like yo-yo.
As per feedback gathered from the past postings, the Thomson router is the only problem, not the fiber service line.

Please put this on the 1st post as a future reference/benchmark.

which one gives less problems?
im using 4mb streamyx now.
2 years problem free.
so satisfied but my contract ending in september so i need to change to either
unifi or maxis.

if maxis got less problems, sure cheap and fast, but it thomson router is lousy, keep disconnect, heat problems, etc...

if you wan less problem, unifi is better, even it price is over...

I just had this issue, call 123 with your Maxis Mobile and request them to reset your profile.

Lol, about 5 mins? now yours still unable to connect? btw the signal is really quite weak

pay for them is not the problem...
i just scare after paid RM200 for those contractor
then month end come a bill again from maxis charge me installation fees AGAIN ...

Lower WiFi signal from the Thomson is a "blessing in disguise".
That way no one can stand outside your home to get free Internet.

Maxis CS lines are going koo-koo this week.

maybe too many call(complaint), they dare not to pickup or put in silent mode???
