Anyone got any other solution to 'Authentication Failed'? Other than calling CS @ inputting password?

Finally they answered. I was about to sleep after waiting for 20 mins on the phone. If it was a dude who answered, he would've gotten a verbal trashing. The method she prescribed was like how jeremy described. Call to reset profile and re-enter the password. It's a must to call to reset or it wouldn't work. She said it was TM's side issue as they may screw up some configuration while upgrading. Believed like 5% of it.
No degradation in speed. Thank God. |
