Same issue here. Was wondering why my PS3 wouldn't connect to the PS Store.

Same here. Can't load BBC website. I've just changed to public IP at noon today, hopefully its not due to this.

Why so many 'hiccup'. I was from Unifi switch to Maxis Home Fibre. As of now not face any issue. Connection always above 10M. This may be my house area located near to TM main distribution. Can connect to any web and currently hock up with Apple TV. Enjoying free online movies from Netflix.

Believe Maxis will introduce IPTV sooner or later as they looking for good service provider now. Whatever it is Maxis still using TM as a base. During installation they use back my Unifi fibre cable from TM pole drop since I terminate Unifi a week before installation.

same here waiting for his voucher xD

LOL....I will send email blast to all those who register through me once I get the vouchers. Most probably have a few 'Open Day' and set up counter in strategic locations for voucher collection....

Tentatively, it will be end of this month (august).

Well said I totally agree.... If we lower our expectation for MHF, you will be more happier cos you only pay RM118 per month.... we paid peanuts, now we enjoy "monkey browsing experience" aka up/down/up/down

Understand that there are quite some hiccups here and there. But what I'm sure is that Maxis is committed to delivering the best in terms of product quality and customer experience. There are currently alot of on-going works in order to improve the whole experience to all the FTTH customers.

Hi,

Anybody plays World of Warcraft on Maxis FTTH? How's the connection and latency? If not OK, I prefer to stick with my Streamyx. Thanks for feedback.

The webpage not loading properly is "feature" of Maxis Home Fiber. Bear with it as it's Maxis Server doing something behind the scenes.

Port Forward, Public IP Address, Change Thomson router doesn't resolve it.

It depends whether the channel you selected have any peers or not smile.gif PPS some times can't reach peers owing to they are located in China. I also have this problem when using Streamyx.

GW1's network uses peer to peer and I dunno how would it affect the game's performance with Maxis Home. Not sure if GW2 will be the same.

maxis is smart by making settings tied with individual account instead of globally
so we hear some people say freeze/slow and some others say smooth
some people browser got hijacked by mylaunchpad some people never encounter

so maxis no scare as always got 2 voices
and maxis can just say all are "users problem"

Maybe if we complain HARD enough, we get "red carpet" treatment.
Where's the Maxis Home Customer Service HQ ?
