Hi all, im also having the issue of slow loading of webpage and sometimes the page just stall and wouldnt load anymore, hence requiring me to hit the reload button. Im sure alot of other users here experienced this and i tried using a laptop cooler on my router but theres no improvement. Maybe we should collectively escalate this matter to maxis so that they will atleast make an effort to try address this issue? What say you?
*
i thought some saying is due to error from maxis server? anyone can confirm this?

I felt that the Public IP addressing is slowing down overall performance on browsing multi tabs.

Of course this is based on my experience.

While on Private IP, Speedtest via Time Broadband page was 10Mbps (DL) / 15Mbps (UL)
While on Public IP, Speedtest via Time Broadband page was 4Mbps (DL) / 17Mbps (UL)

I had to reconnect/restart the Thomson to get a new Public IP from Maxis (also in the 14.xx.xx.xx range)

If you have high expectation of Maxis Home Fibre, you will be dissapointed.
It's good for users of streaming videos. Perfect without lagging.

I notice that. Sometime I finish one movie around 1.6GB, after that the Internet will unstable, very slow respond and then no connection. I need to disconnect and reconnect. Then it will back to normal.

I chose maxis ftth cause of two thing.
1. Cheap. RM118
2. More save compare to streamyx. Cause lighting

For me is ok. Even those my stable connection is around 6mb compare my streamyx 1mb. Still looking for solution and complaint to maxis

maxis definitely have few features that other ISPs "lacking" as following:
1) account is default with private IP
2) account is enabled with mylaunchpad hijacking
3) file sharing sites are blocked
2) random freeze or slow in loading web page

You can download from RS? Are you using public or private IP?

Thanks.
