I am a new Maxis FTTH subscriber and while I had minimal problems with the internet, I had a lot headache with the fixed line phone as Maxis screwed up with the assignment of telephone number. I had to change my number because my originally assigned number was somehow assigned to someone else.

How come my telephone number start with 23++? When I call my friend they thought I am in Bukit Bintang area....

If I have Asus Custom Unifi Router? Can replace for Maxis Fiber (Thomson Router without VOIP)
In Asus router Setting got the "Other Connection" for input VLAN ID, what VLAN ID need to put in?
Anybody know it? Please advise?

Surprisingly the browsing is smooth on iPhone or iPad, never encountered the need to reload page issues... why is that so?

It happens to my phone and PC. I didn't really browse on the phone when I'm at home but my whatsapp messages took a while to send over. So I'm guessing it's facing the same problem.

hi..it buffer..take dam dam long..den normally using streamyx 1mb is smoothly move....jz watch...without buffer..maxis 1 take time..every 2-3 sec den buffer for minutes..den 2-3 sec watch..buffer for minutes agn

Does PPS uses P2P technology ? Perhaps requesting a Maxis Public IP may resolve it.

mmight be..when i register dey telling me same thing...will have quota after months..but unsure when..>.<
