Minor default like power socket switch not working for a few of them, doors that need an extra coat of paint and one door which is not properly closing. That's pretty much it.

The kitchen cabinet is made by Buenos company and it is good quality, hood and hob is from Fotile.

I am really happy so far, my only little concern is that some facilities like the gym are not accessible yet. Can only access once block C will be mostly completed.

I hear my friend property agent focus on kajang putrajaya said block C still have 20%.... block D still have 70%....for selling.....why want to rent from you if still have so many unsold units and available?

Overall happy with the products.

Only not happy with

1) the kitchen cabinet - white color again white why all white white white bangwall.gif
2) lift is not fuctioning mad.gif
3) Facilities are not ready to use. Gym, Sauna, Changing room, Games Room, Liabiry, Swimming pool, Car Washing bay etc etc. vmad.gif
4) Too many CCTV. from car park to my floor i have counted 8 CCTV. sweat.gif
5) Too many doors and need to scan access card too often sweat.gif
6) Facilities too much. Maintenance fees will be very high in future. sweat.gif


Very Happy with

1)Quality.
2)The view overlooking lake and the green Jade hill.
3)Security team - Using Gamuda Group of compnay- Bestari
4)Gamuda team should be able to deliver good maintenance
5)So many trees and parks/ garden.
6)Free 3 biji water heater
7)intercom system high quality
8)aircon piping inverter. no curi ayam. piping all done nicely
