I have a japanese client currently living at taman desa..... also eying to move to jade hill condo or de cetum condo.... suprise myself too as taman desa have plenty japanese eateri..... possible because of seeking lower rent?

From friend....about 83%... beat sunrise....sunway.. at mk....now this low profile jadite hold the record....highest conquas for high rise in malaysia.... at kajang.....quality and facilities really shocking...... price also shocking too at kajang area.

Shocking mean .....worth to build such high quality and facilities at kajang ?....low density big land come with high cost....monthly .. up keep also not cheap.....who is going to buy expensive highrise at kajang?....... if at M. Kiara.... Dpc understand ... .... but not in kajang...... simply no market.

Really shocking isn't it?..... why wasted cash to get high quality at kajang..... just to sound the highest?.......impact is selling 500psf...... but who is going to buy if nearby subsale landed also selling 600k?

I hear my friend property agent focus on kajang putrajaya said block C still have 20%.... block D still have 70%....for selling.....why want to rent from you if still have so many unsold units and available?
