The design and layout is nice and practical material is good too, they still have some 900+ units but lower floor.

Agree current block is less ideal compare to the next 2 which i think will ask for higher price too. Block B is good too but smaller units is in block A. I like the very low density and less units on each floor Block A 6/4 units Block B 4 unit only cant find this kind these days
