Eaton already started their operation in the rented building?
I do hope Gamuda will do their best to maintain the quality of jadite despite it is seperated from the landed g&g.

As far as i concern, they just launch Block C. Each floor has 8 units.
If i remember correctly, they have 1.2k+ sq ft & 1.4k+ sq ft
Pricing wise, i not sure, it could be at the range of RM430psf..

Block A has smaller units and most buyers are investor. They do have duplex units but very limited and mostly all sold out.
Block B, on the other hand, has bigger size and only 4 units per floor. So basically, each unit is corner on its own.. only left few units located at lower floor thought..

I have one low cost apartment in serdang too, but is charging on commercial rate, and it seems nothing can be done.

For jadite, the SA said the developer might convert the land usage to residential, but no promises made. It will be joyful if JH would do so.

I have seen the worst flood @ this access road in Sept 2012. Those who stay nearby would have know this.

So long this is your 1st or 2nd Home Loan, you should get up to 90% financing. It doesn't matter is residential @ commercial land usage, provided it is a residential house.
