I think the game of lelong is when one genuine buyer started to bid, the rest of actors (paid lelongees) will start to bid to push up prices.

Is this real? What if the genuine bidder didn’t bid higher than those actors, the actor will get the unit right and need to buy it right?

It has been almost 10 years since Jadite Suite was previewed and launched. How is it performing for all the investors here? Are your condo appreciate in terms of value and rental appreciation as expected 10 years ago?

In iProperty, rental for 947sft (during 1st launched 362K for 947sf @ RM382psf) from RM1,100 to RM1,400. Is this the expected rental?

Seems that JH is very happening now with all the biz park occupied by new tenants. With this can revive jadite boh?
