Went there today and booked a unit in block C. Still got plenty of unit to chose from nia. Got a few leftover frm A & B block oso. Chck it out lah.

Can anyone confirm if the charges will be on residential rate ah? How come heard other project built on commercial land but kasi residential rate quick rate, assesement rate etc geh?

For some reason, the JH suite not in BBB mode lor cuz its non goreng friendly package for most investors and the psf is steep for this area according to some taiko here lah. Can consider the most mahal psf for high rise leh for this part of kajang.
