VP for block A&B is confirmed for April 2016. I went to visit my unit last week and the facilities looks fine to me. I can post some pictures if you guys are interested...

Guys,
Just need your opinion on Jadite Suites. Do you think it can achieve RM 2-2,5/psf for FF rental? Especially for block B, which has only 4 units per floor. I was the first one to collect the keys for JS (last Tuesday) and I can tell that the workmanship is very good, just some minor defaults here and there. I have already started the renovation and I hope to see you guys around. Cheers |
