Dijaya project call " tropicano bayou". A high end semi D or stand alone villa focus on green landscape and low density ( copy ideas from Bukit Gitar Bayu Balakong )

It is right behind Jade Hill ( or beside this Taman Sinaran balakong). You can check their annual report if in doubt.

Some one asking. Will this areas going to become "ong " like DPC?

maybe 50/50 IMHO. Why? Country height , Jade Hill, Tropicana & Gitar Bayu all high end.

& My sister said, (that live in nearby Country height) that Gamuda is planning to built one international school in jade hill. Anyone can confirm this?

Wondering how many units for the next 2 blocks? Will it be same low density as block A (6/4 units per floor ) & B( 4 units per floor ) per block?

Is next saturday also have makan-makan again?

Oh,

I did not attend the festival mid autumn in Jadehill as my house is veyr far from Kajang.

I received both Ambang botanic & Jadehil mid autumn invitation by post. I attended the Ambang Botanic one ( Klang section last saturday).

I noticed that this developer spend so much money just on this mid autumn. Don't know good or bad ( eg in Ambang Botanic last saturday they got singer, games, free mooncake to bring home, ete etc).

As they spend so much on the mid autumn. Maybe they have to bill some of this "expenses " . Therefore need to increase the price?. Kekeke...

How much $$ increase ah?

Why all Jadite Suites price listed so high?, the price was told is much lower than the list below. Is this marketing strategy / just very normal in malaysia?
