Guys,

You need to stop this forum from being used by salesmen to peddle their business. Or else, it will lose credibility and real owners will get turned off.

Guys,
A bit out of topic but for purchases with DIBS. It'll be mentioned in the SPA or the letter offer?

My cousin collected the keys 2 days ago and only managed to view the house this morning. Its end lot unit. From the brief conversation i had with him, workmanship is poor with uneven tiles in the living hall, irregular gap between tiles on the wall, etc to name a few....
Will be collecting my keys next week......fingers crossed.

yes, the end user would be the one staying inside and don't mind about the premium.

Typical Sime Darby workmanship.

But DA definitely their flagship product. Saffron Hills look very good and almost fully sold within 2 days. Geng. BBB mode again.

I thought workmanship has to do with the particular contractor taking care of a project or a phase within DA. Except the useless water harvesting system they put into the house, I'm pretty satisfy with the build quality in my Fern II unit.

I definitely do not think that the workmanship will be 100% perfect.
I would expect some minor/small defect and so far when i went to visit the house i am quite satisfied.

The quality is much2 better compared to their product launched 2-3 years ago.
