You choose only when your number is selected. You can walk away if no unit that you favour.
They only took the cheque after all forms has been completed. Was told they cover MOT cost and legal SPA cost. Was at their sales off just now.
Phase 2 at 698k and phase 3 at 718k sold out as at 2 pm Was told 350 ppl come for 130 units. |

Sales Gallery close at 6:00 pm if I am not mistaken.
Yesterday was a long day, not sure how many SA is on duty today. |

My SA called late this afternoon to inform that all the 130+ units of Saffron Phase II was sold by 2 pm.
