Wanted to visit Denai Alam today. Saw the brochure saying that it is somewhere behind the Subang Airport, so we drove all the way from Bandar Utama to there but did not managed to find it.

Searched through GPS but there is no Denai Alam (updated January 2012). We looked around Puncak Alam and Bukit Jelutong and came back to Federal Highway but there was no sign of Denai Alam. sad.gif

The easiest is from guthrie hway.from s.alam pass by Bkt jelutong then u reach the first toll RM 1.40 ( you can skip this toll via inner route but it will confuse u more later:)) .after the toll take first exit to the left..u are there.

Guys wanna ask, got to know from the contractor that those new house in DA, the inner wall paintings are done using water based paint. Do you guys repaint the house after hacking, plastering etc? Quoted by conttractor to use ICI Dulux, is it worthwhile to repaint compared to the original paint?

I stay in BU and it's not that far from BU to DA. It's just take 15mins - 20mins to reach there.

This is the Map direction from BU to Denai Alam

bro, u were almost there.. if you didn't make the uturn at the Subang airport and go all the way, you will passby 2 traffic lights, turn left at the second traffic light and go straight (jln sungai buloh) u will eventually see Denai's signboard on your left.. Try it next weekend!

The interior original paint is the el cheapo Nippon Matex. I suggest you also look at Jotun besides ICI as they have more colour mixtures. I've had good past experience with it. Its better to source it yourself and just pay him for the upah.

now...I hope you are not on the same path as I intended to follow cool2.gif

1.6 - 1.7k is what I was told by agents, with kitchen top/grill as the basic adds-on

Hi folks

Moved into Nerida 2 months ago. House and environment very nice. Its just too bad about the security though, however I'm sure things will be beefed up soon.

One major issue is that I just switched jobs and its really far for me to trave - I work right smack in KL. That's one of the reasons I'm looking to sell my place (reluctantly).

But for as long as I live here (dunno how long lah) I am enjoying everything else but the commute. Welcome all current and future neighbours  rclxms.gif

Where is serrissa located? Almost bought in alam denai too 2 years ago. Decided not too since there is chinese cemetary very near the new developments, close to the horse riding place.
