Yup, the pump is with them until we request them to install it due to security reasons. It's a thief's target since it it outside upstairs at the RWHS.

Another question to ponder....do u guys plan to get anti termite treatment performed, as a routine your new hse?
Anyone knows whether or not SD did perform termite treatment considering denai alam used to be kelapa sawit plantation area

I will definitely get anti-termite treatment done during my pre-moving renovations...

For me it is a MUST...I am at the moment replacing all wooden components for one of my rented out house in Puchong with steel/aluminium due to termite attack...leason learned...

Clover park no wooden parts that I know off except for the doors.. Laminate flooring is termite proof. I opt for a pest control package where the guys come and check bimonthly and spray the house. Current house no problem

But we are not sure what sort of treatment was done...soil hopefully! Another thing for info is that Inovar products (who did the FL's laminated flooring)are termite resistant..

i've resided here for almost 3 years. haven't had any termite attack nor seen any termites here.

No need. You can take Subang Airport road to Denai Alam and It's toll free.

you tell me which part of shah alam going into kl or pj that is not congested every single workday morning and i'll give you 50 cents everytime i hear the word jam.

Haha....i went to check out the house in denai alam again. Anyone staying in alstonia? I know that is earlier phase, and selling not cheap as well, about 730k...but the house look more spacious......do u all heard any bad about that phase? Any advice for me?
