I can't seem to find swedish goggles here, so I order online tongue.gif . Actually I have an extra set left, it has been sitting in my drawer for 6 months now.
If you are interested I can sell it to you, it is speedo brand btw.

Went to MBMB swimming pool in M state today.

Entrance fee cost only RM3 (today Saturday), I think weekdays is RM2 only.

Changing room/toilet is slightly average above. Located some small distance away from main pool. Compared to Chin Woo, CW is like directly beside the main pool.

Locker is in front of the pool, so you can look at your stuff while swimming. Got bench also, in case someone tired need to sit. tongue.gif

Things and location are well prepared and organized.

Now for the main pool, its Olympic size with max depth of 12 and a half feet.
The water is supeeeeeeerbly clear!! You can sit at one edge and look at the other.

Water taste natural(accidentally gulp), wont have heavy chlorine smell nor salty taste.

Temperature is very close to perfect, abit more warmer will make me swim happier.
Yes I am thin and skinny, doesnt like to be blew by strong wind topless.

Overall, it is a very good place to swim, felt very happy! biggrin.gif

Own feeling, because a delay in milliseconds could make some difference in timing.

well, one of those smart swim watches is enough to blow a hole on the wallet...

Garena said it right, if you're consistently swimming a few times a week, there's no way you won't improve.

the same goes for any other activity that you do in life.

but if you're looking to shave off the milliseconds for competitive swimming, get someone to time it for you (cheaper and maybe free)

Yea true, all the swimming watches are really expensive. The cheapest option is only Pebble watches that can link to Swim.com.

its all in your head, just change adjust your suit lock up your stuff shower down and jump into the pool. Keep looking forward. crap forgot...SWIM!!!

just memorise. wear swimsuit, adjust swimsuit, lock up stuff, shower down, get into pool and swim......you will have the urge to eat right after because you are cold....either wait it out or grab a sugar free hot drink.
