anyone can diagnose my problem?

in short, I have problem staying afloat while taking breath. I'm ok if my head is completely submerged. but when my head is lifted, my lower body sinks.

Anyone knows where I Can get TYR Tracer Racing goggles?

Bro, i've heard about the Aqua Sphere K180+ and Kayenne googles as i was searching for good quality goggles after my Speedo Fastskin3 has been worn out. Aqua Sphere, the new brand that rises along with Michael Phelps as ambassador as he had ended his long history partnership with Speedo since the age of 15 (Sydney 2000 Olympics). I'm currently wanted to buy either K180+ (if available) or Kayenne. May i know where i can walk in to purchase in Malaysia? Amazon doesn't ship Aqua Sphere products outside North America.

Thanks for the info bro, I'll visit the Sunway Pyramid one. Hope they got carry K180+. I guess it would be priced around RM160+? Still cheaper than Speedo Fastskin3 mirror goggles (RM200).

Got to agree with you on this.

I have both Aqua Sphere Kayenna and Speedo Fastskin. Kayenne bought 1.5 yrs ago while Speedo Fastskin bought early this year.

Kayenne anti fogging is much better than Speedo, last longer. Easily 6-9 mths. Waterproofing also better. Speedo only good in design and packaging. Quite disappointed with Speedo durability. Kayenne easily adjustable buckle is great, at least it wouldn't easily getting loosen after some time in the water, unlike Speedo. 

I use them quite often, both fresh and salt water. Now hoping old Kayenne wearing off faster so can get a new goggle for cross Kapas swim next year

btw, i wanna get wa watch for swimming to track time.. after hunt down a few shop.. shall i go for sport brand ( i like Puma design) or go for those normal waterproof casio/sekio brand which not so sporty type

when i shop around watch shopping during xmas sales..
all give me same answer. 10ATM are not good for pool. need me take at least 20ATM above-
any idea? i start to swim like 2 day perweek and around 1hours a day.. ( still working on my stanima to stay longer)

1st time try out 50m pool.
Finish 4lap only ( go n back) 400m in 40min swimming.
Drag to long becz every 50m I stop n rest

But quite happy becz able to finish my freestyle without stopping in the middle for 50m..

I tot I was doing great but I check online it seem I have done terrible. Lol

How much time does one ppl normally finish a 50m ?

I know how to swim a little and would like to learn freestyle. Tried myself for few times but still not able to master it. Anyone here willing to guide me?
