Trick = handstand? synchro swim? lol.....TS pool is quite clean but it is only like 1.2 meter deep (throughout the pool). You can PM finsngill for more details.

If you lay on your back or does handstand, the water will go in since air bubble tend to escape from nose.
Just dont know how to prevent it besides nose plug. hmm.gif

times square pool 1.2m nice to swim or not? i about 1.7m tall.... will PM him thanks. smile.gif

Just started swimming again these few weeks.

I notice when the water is very cold, my performance drop alot. Especially breathing part.
Did shiver alot too if dint move around frequent enough.

So how to make my body temperature warmer?

very cold water makes you feels like suffocating, in fact extreme cold might cause death (I am talking about sub 10 degree water).

Do warm up, run before swim?
Also another way is to eat more to gain fat hahaha..

I am curious where do you swim? I haven't experience any extremely cold place to swim in Malaysia.

apartment pool brows.gif

can even get sneeze from it if stay too long without moving in 1 same place.

so have to jump up and down and swim left and right. laugh.gif

Went to MBMB swimming pool in M state today.

Entrance fee cost only RM3 (today Saturday), I think weekdays is RM2 only.

Changing room/toilet is slightly average above. Located some small distance away from main pool. Compared to Chin Woo, CW is like directly beside the main pool.

Locker is in front of the pool, so you can look at your stuff while swimming. Got bench also, in case someone tired need to sit. tongue.gif

Things and location are well prepared and organized.

Now for the main pool, its Olympic size with max depth of 12 and a half feet.
The water is supeeeeeeerbly clear!! You can sit at one edge and look at the other.

Water taste natural(accidentally gulp), wont have heavy chlorine smell nor salty taste.

Temperature is very close to perfect, abit more warmer will make me swim happier.
Yes I am thin and skinny, doesnt like to be blew by strong wind topless.

Overall, it is a very good place to swim, felt very happy! biggrin.gif
