Infact I think it should be easier, with water drafting and buoyancy from the sea you'll be much faster

But you need to learn how to sight while swimming so you will be on course

for this case, they will test u for swimming within certain duration before signing u in for the competition.

Pj palm sports centre got swimming pool. 1.2 m on the shallow end. Just started going there.

May i know how much is the entrance fee? I used to swim at Chinwoo stadium, would like to try Panasonic Sports Complex.

I have no been since after their maintenance (Panasonic Shah Alam). but i reckon it should be RM3 (weekdays) and RM4 (weekends).

Just started swimming again these few weeks.

I notice when the water is very cold, my performance drop alot. Especially breathing part.
Did shiver alot too if dint move around frequent enough.

So how to make my body temperature warmer?
