Should be no problem for you then! biggrin.gif

Infact I think it should be easier, with water drafting and buoyancy from the sea you'll be much faster biggrin.gif

But you need to learn how to sight while swimming so you will be on course biggrin.gif

Hey everyone, I just started swimming and today is my 8th time swimming. I usually swim at 3K, currently only able to master breaststroke.

Hope to be able to get some tips from the experienced swimmers here.

Anyone free to join me swim at 3K can just PM me!

Just started swimming again these few weeks.

I notice when the water is very cold, my performance drop alot. Especially breathing part.
Did shiver alot too if dint move around frequent enough.

So how to make my body temperature warmer?
