Hey everyone, I just started swimming and today is my 8th time swimming. I usually swim at 3K, currently only able to master breaststroke.

Hi, can anyone recommend me a place to swim around PJ? Preferable with 1.5m shallow end as I just start learn swimming. Cant float yet~ XD
Any place got less people one? I dun want kacau "pro" swimmer, later they boh song ~ haha XD |

this thread seems a little quiet..hehe
any frequent swimmers who goes to the Panasonic Sports Complex in shah alam? i went there sometime last 2 month but there were closed for some maintenance work. wonder if they have already reopened. currently going to PJ Palms but it's so expensive on weekday nights! |

Just started swimming again these few weeks.
I notice when the water is very cold, my performance drop alot. Especially breathing part. Did shiver alot too if dint move around frequent enough. So how to make my body temperature warmer? |
