I went today but I have some issue with my unit final layout. It was shrinked to 1208 from the original 1346. So now still bargain with the developer on this issue.

Thanks Mango for the useful info.
I called, and as the developer told me, everything on S&P side (legal + stamp duty) will be bear by Masteron, we only pay for loan agreement side.
If you have initially put it to your loan during the time you apply loan (refer to ur LO) then to sign all this, i think you pay nothing.

one stamping for the SnP
one stamping for the loan agreement

you have 2 legal document
SnP is between you and the developer
Loan is between you and the bank

Received a call from lawyer firm at Jln P.Ramlee to go signing the SNP.For the Loan agreement it cost me RM8035!!!!Any 1 sign the agreement oledi??can we bargain???can i cancel this????

Did you ask them to breakdown the charges for you? So we would be able to know what is costing more ? My working colleague told me that usually the lawyer firm will add miscellaneous charges like all those photostat and etc . He also told don't be surprised if photostat can cause few hundred ... That's what he told me .

That was what i thought too . If i calculate based on the table , It should only cost around 6k to around 6.1k . If they add another 2 or 3 hundred still can consider la but 8k ? Maybe because SNP so called FOC ? you get me ? haha :S
