QUOTE(jeoneun @ Nov 6 2013, 09:48 PM) Lol... In this case, the banks are more worried than u. Surely they hv evaluated the developer before approving the financing for this project. If wat u said is true, ctos checking surely reflected that. How can the bank still proceed if the developer got problem. Just think wisely. Fren of fren of mine work at ctos saying maesteron still in winding-up list |

QUOTE(mango27 @ Feb 6 2014, 05:42 PM) how much is your unit price before discount? 8k i think its quite high... My loan amount is RM420000 (House and MRTA)calculation should based on below... for us only the loan agreement as SPA should be borne by developer... ![]() Fee calculator I'm not sure what is my unit price before discount but mine is 1076sf at 8th floor.According to my banker she say the loan agreement fees is 2% from our loan amount, and we only bargain for the stamp duty since this is my 1st property.... |

QUOTE(thszone @ Feb 7 2014, 08:29 AM) Thanks Mango for the useful info. I call the Sales Person n she told me developer bear S&P legal fees + stamp duty for developer side other hand we have to bear our loan agreement fees + stamp duty....got so many stamp duty de meh?????im really confuse now...any sifu can help here???I called, and as the developer told me, everything on S&P side (legal + stamp duty) will be bear by Masteron, we only pay for loan agreement side. If you have initially put it to your loan during the time you apply loan (refer to ur LO) then to sign all this, i think you pay nothing. |

QUOTE(ameetraj @ Feb 7 2014, 02:17 PM) Did you ask them to breakdown the charges for you? So we would be able to know what is costing more ? My working colleague told me that usually the lawyer firm will add miscellaneous charges like all those photostat and etc . He also told don't be surprised if photostat can cause few hundred ... That's what he told me . I ask the lawyer firm recalculate for me,Monday they will let me know. There are correct method to calculate the fees of loan agreement n stamp duty isn't it??why they still want to charge this unbelievable price?? |
