Should be able to change ... well you can wait till they recalculate and tell you then contact developer if you're still not happy with the charges ?

mine is 5.8k plus.. my loan amount is 376k.. the fee doesn't looks correct also.. might need to request for discount also.. ><

Not worth to sign... sqf not tally. Bought 1098 end up 1085....and 2096 expired. Just left 80year after complete build? Be careful. Before. snp

17 feet lesser is not much big impact, mine is more than 130sf smaller. Now still bargaining with the developer.
