Unit sold at reserve price 236,300 just now. Single bidder won unchallenged.

The bank postpone the auction date to this month. Affin bank last month didnt conduct any auction.

Hot lelong unit sold today.
Attracted 12 bidders fight.
Size 1200sqft.
Starting price: 265,721.

Ended up sold at 318K.
Last month at 295K but nobody interested.
As usual.
