Guys, wanna ask when will this project be officially launched? I have booked an unit and will pay this Sat looking at this thread it seems this place had been selling since last year but until today development hvn't start yet...need some advice here

I'm not very familiar with this developer as this is my first property for own stay. But judging with the various development this developer has in Puchong area and Calisa progress, I won't be afraid that the project will burn down, but just worrying that when will they really launch it and whether are they able to complete the development by June 2016 as they told me

Just went to da sales office to place my booking...spoken to their staff, he mentioned that the project should launch arnd May..state that iif until June and the is not launch yet then say we can cancel da booking if still hv no confident with the developer...

We chatted a bit n know that calisa n d'aman are projects directly under masteron and not sub con to 3rd parties like all the koi projects in puchong, so hopefully the quality is there..

There's 2 new model unit arrived today, one wif the layout of da facilities n one is a bigger model of d'aman itself



Hopefully the arrival of new model means launching is soon..they oso printed new flyer n they confirm that the land title will change from commertcial to residence n lease year will b renewed after completion of project..

Anyone took loan with Annbank? Is if not a flexi loan?

Btw, they told me RHB will join them as one of the new panel soon

Same here..I'm taking da loan fr ambank n I think I will sign da lo next week..blr -2.4 but just one drawback...its not a flexi loan

Can u confirm on that..I only being offered by ambank so for sure I won't b mistaken..my agent told me it is only a semi flexi loan where we can pay extra into da account but then extra paid won't b used to deduct the principle loan amount...

Same here..my bank agent told me that the developer side told her the SNP signing will b in July..

I saw that banner before last month back in mar o April..hanging on da field where the building shud b constructed..but it stated in da banner is fund raising to build a surau..didn't mention where..but certainly its jz a fund raising banner...not sure if anything has changed..damn..when r we going to sign da snp

Agree..plus d'aman is the direct con..not like koi tropika being sub con to other developers..hopefully this time can really sign SNP not later than July

As I mentioned..da banner abt da mosque is jz a fund raising campaign..furthermore those land near d aman all had been bought by other developers..we won't know wat will b built on top of that unless da developer announce it..

I jz went to then sales office today n was been told that SNP signing will b mid o end of next month..my SA said will get the main office contact for me next week so that i can call up n ask..hopefully no more delay..for old wing they said left wif 20 n 21 floor..where da new wing all intermediate unit hv been taken..left da largest unit..hopefully da SNP won't b delayed

Some updates. I went called up the Masteron office (not the sales office) and check about the SNP signing and launching of D'Aman. According to the PIC I spoken to, she mentioned they are trying to push the launching to end of this month, but most likely it won't make it. She said it will be on July and after a few round of confronting her on the delay, she checked with someone and replied me that "I have asked someone senior here and the launching will be very likely in July after the VP of Calisa N which will take place in 2 weeks time"

I questioned her again whether is it confirmed and won't be delaying or postponed again and she said yes. If after the 3rd week of July and the launching still have not take place, I can call her back.

Honestly speaking, I'm a bit impatience regarding the launching and SNP signing. Hopefully what this staff said is true as it is frustrated after a postpone upon another postpone

I don't feel rite to publish the no n named openly here..those who wanna call n bombard them can pm me..I won't mind to share it..good if there is more pressure to them

Last I heard fr da sales office that not much left due to high booking..not sure got any loan rejected unit..u can call their sales office to check out..they still hv some floor hvnt open for booking yet due to waiting for launching..

I bought da largest unit..after discount is abt rm353 PSF..in fact u can call harm tml..sales office open everyday

Purely for own stay..furthermore I don't c there is any investment value for this property at da moment

I not sure for public transport..din see any buses pass by before..there is a propose lrt station in less than 5min driving distance..but not sure if it will be developed onot..
